At Summit Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Because our products are hand-decanted fragrance samples and travel sprays, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or delivered products. Fragrances are considered personal-use items and cannot be resold once they have left our possession.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and personal scent preferences vary from person to person, and we cannot offer refunds based on subjective opinions regarding how a fragrance smells or performs.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joneszach7012@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

To help us process claims efficiently, please include your order number and clear photos of any damaged items or packaging.

Summit Fragrance reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
