Because our products are hand-decanted fragrance samples and travel sprays, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or delivered products. Fragrances are considered personal-use items and cannot be resold once they have left our possession.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Fragrance performance and personal scent preferences vary from person to person, and we cannot offer refunds based on subjective opinions regarding a fragrance's smell, longevity, or projection.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joneszach701@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Summit Fragrances reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
